Civil engineering studies & military service
Pitter is a veteran of the Brazilian Marine Corps, where he served while studying civil engineering in Brazil. Those experiences shaped his disciplined, practical approach to understanding a project and following through.
Architectural design & visualization
His early work for an architectural firm involved creating 3D designs, helping clients and project teams understand layouts, spaces and proposed improvements before construction.
Construction sites in Brazil
Job-site experience on Gafisa and Zaid projects in Rio de Janeiro exposed him to the coordination, sequencing and day-to-day realities of larger construction projects.
From laborer to construction leader
In the United States, he worked his way from construction laborer to lead and foreman, managing work and crews before opening his own construction business.
