Pitter Medeiros brings together construction experience, professional home-inspection expertise and a foundation in civil engineering.

While studying civil engineering in Brazil, Pitter also served in the Brazilian Marine Corps. He began his professional career with an architectural firm, creating 3D designs that helped clients and project teams visualize spaces before construction.

He later gained field experience working on Gafiza and Zaid construction sites in Rio de Janeiro before moving to the United States. In the U.S., Pitter worked for several contractors, beginning as a construction laborer and earning promotions into lead and foreman roles. After learning the trade from the ground up and developing experience leading projects and crews, he decided to open his own construction business.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, with professional proficiency in Spanish, Pitter can communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, tradespeople, vendors and diverse crews throughout Greater Philadelphia. That multilingual ability supports better coordination, fewer misunderstandings and a more collaborative job site.

Since 2020, Pitter has worked as a professional home inspector, holding licenses in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He evaluates residential properties and helps clients understand their condition. As a real-estate investor himself—and while completing the Pennsylvania real-estate salesperson licensing process—he understands renovation from the perspectives of construction, inspection, ownership and investment.
