Built from the ground up.

While studying civil engineering in Brazil, Pitter served in the Brazilian Marine Corps. His early professional work included producing 3D designs for an architectural firm and gaining job-site experience on Gafiza and Zaid construction projects in Rio de Janeiro.

After moving to the United States, he worked for several contractors—beginning as a construction laborer and earning promotions into lead and foreman roles. After learning the trade from the ground up and developing experience managing projects and crews, he opened his own construction business.

Since 2020, Pitter has worked as a professional home inspector, holding licenses in both Pennsylvania and Florida. As a real-estate investor himself, and while completing the Pennsylvania real-estate salesperson licensing process, he evaluates renovation decisions through the perspectives of construction, property condition, ownership and long-term value.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, with professional proficiency in Spanish, Pitter communicates clearly with homeowners, tradespeople, vendors and diverse crews throughout Greater Philadelphia—supporting better coordination and fewer misunderstandings on the job.
